Remember...
To request examination copies, school presentations and our catalogs, please contact our office. We are pleased to provide examination and review copies of books being considered for class adoptions. When requesting them, please provide the following:

* Course title
* Number of students in your class
* Date when is needed

All requests must be sent on school stationery.

For your convenience, we have provided you with a blank forms in Microsoft Word and Adobe Acrobat formats:

* examination_request_form.doc (Microsoft Word)
* examination_request_form.pdf (Adobe Acrobat)
* catalog_request_form.doc (Microsoft Word)
* catalog_request_form.pdf (Adobe Acrobat)

Use the one of your choice and remember to enter all pertaining information. Then transfer the information onto your official school stationery and fax it, mail it or email it to us.

When ordering, please remember that orders are shipped via UPS ground. You should add 7% to your invoice for shipping and handling charges. Minimum shipping charges are $4.50.

Next day and Second day deliveries are available at the extra cost to the purchaser upon request. To ensure on time delivery of your materials, we suggest that you place your order as early as possible. Transportation charges are prepaid by Bastos Book Co. and added on to the invoice.
